Finishing Kit?

Hi guys, first posting. I'm in the process of building up a Cervelo R3 SL, Mavic Rsys wheels and campag record & ZG brakes, Selle Italia saddle. What light bars and stem etc do you advise. I don't want to go down the road of trick bits, I've done that before, it's good fun but I want to keep this bike as an off the shelf special - so what are the lightest / best performing components? Well, let's start a discussion about the definition of trick bits. ;)

Seriously, there are several options:

level 1 - Extralite UL3 with Schmolke TLO
level 2a - Syntace F99 with Schmolke SL
level 2b - Rotor with thenew 3T
level 3 - Syntace f119 / Extralite OS with Syntace Racelite Carbon

So many options, I would go with 2b because it is a bit exotic and good value for your money.
