i weight 75 kg

close to the top limit for ZTR7000 wheelset ...

i did anodization for rear shock linkage and fork lockout lever

a swedish engineer did the titanium rings

i sanded by hand the frame

a german guy did the adapter for lefty fork with the 1 and 1/8 top

a belgian guy sold me the saddle

88+ belgium did the fork tuning

Vertical engineering from Spain did the fron lefty hub

Great work.
You italian guys make interesting bikeprojects with individual ideas
like your fork solution or the italy version of the sauser epic replica from Luca.
Fantastico.
From Milano?
(Forza inter :D)

Nice bikes.
Interesting that you and your friends have projects with US bikes.
Didn`t you like your italian products like FRM,Bianchi or Extralite?
I´m a fan of Sergio Rivas Extralite bikes

eliflap
07.03.2009, 20:05
at that date we had from italian companies :

fuel110 :extralite hubs and rings , formula brakes , campagnolo record front derailleur;

me: event tubolar lefty wheelset , campagnolo record front derailleur

belabianchi : none ...

now i have on my 2009 bike:

extralite hub at rear , UL3 stem, FRM brakes , carbon ti rotors ...

personally i love extralite hub , not so the frames

since 2002 riding a Cannondale . till my death .

FRM breaks!
Have you the same problem that the levers have to much tolerance?
This week i made new bolts to minimal the levershake

eliflap
07.03.2009, 20:28
yes lever are a little too far from handle bar

look here in italy how we solved

Ok i understand, but i mean the tolerance between the leverbolt (the black one)and the bushing.

Other idea for you.
3726
3727
Carbonlevers and carbon covers for the pansion tank.
Both selfmade and they are totally 15 gr lighter and in my opinion
they look more beautiful

Hello,
can you say me from which components the porch passes? Would also obstruct with pleasure a Schmolke, however, the clamping is too big. A photo would be great.

no no shifting ramps ... it works :daumen::daumen:

Well, old roadracebikes had no ramps as well and it worked...but the way they did was not very well. What about the use under MTB-conditions, shifting under load, mud, rain? I cannot imagine the shift behaviour to be very satisfying especially when You try upshifting.

eliflap
29.05.2009, 13:00
i used other rings in 42.29 for 800-900 km from february with no issues ....

maybe a 0,01 second less or more to shift makes the difference ... but it's only a 0,01 second ...

i preferer to have a ring one only in the world that a 0,01 fast ...

i'm not M.A. Fontana ...
